Extended Holiday Exchanges/Returns
We understand that many customers order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns and exchanges period for the holidays. Items shipped between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until the second week in January for an exchange or return, subject to our exchange and returns policy. No returns or exchanges purchased during the holidays will be accepted after this time. Netskate reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange for any reason at our discretion.
Size Exchanges
At NetSkate we understand that ordering a skate size via mail order is a tough job. We do our best to make sure the size you receive is the correct size needed. Since sizing is not an exact science we would like to make it easy for our customers to return any skate or boot for a size change. All Riedell skate packages and Riedell boots require a $15 exchange fee. If you are not sure that your product is a Riedell product then please contact us before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing then please contact us first so that we can assist you. This is not a guarantee that the size will fit since it is not an exact science but we will do our best using our experience and the measurements you provide us. NetSkate will not take responsibility for any improperly sized skates or boots. We only exchange unused products in original condition with original packaging within 10 days from date of receipt. Special order boots and most sale items can not be exchanged.
Size exchanges are simple and easy. First you must give us a call at 1-800-595-8560 to report the problem to our sales staff. We will give you a Return Authorization number. No credits will be given without an RA#. Return the bottom portion of your Sales Receipt with the item in the original packaging to the address given on the bottom of your receipt. After your package has been received by the warehouse, we will make the corrections and send the correct items back to you. You will be charged for the shipping of the corrected item and any applicable non-refundable mounting and exchange charges.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
Please check your order carefully. If you receive an incorrect product or your package is missing items, please give us a call at 1-800-595-8560 to report the problem to our sales staff. We will promptly correct the error. If an exchange is needed to correct the error then you can use Quick Exchange or Regular Exchange method to return the items. We only exchange unused products in original condition with original packaging. All claims must be made within 10 days from date of receipt. In the event the error has been made by NetSkate, you will not be charged for the shipping of the corrected items.
Returns without Exchange (Return to Stock)
Please contact us at 1-800-595-8560 to obtain a Return Authorization number. No credits will be given without an RA#. All product returns without exchange will require a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost for any returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer. When your return has been received by NetSkate, you will be credited for the return minus shipping charges and mounting charges for custom skates. We only accept unused products in original condition with original packaging for return. All returns must be made within 10 days from date of receipt. Special orders and Sale items may not be returned.
