US Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are based on weight.   Due to length of the box, Hockey Sticks and other large items are based on dimensional weight of 30lbs. for the first item and then incremental based on weight of each item.  Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. UPS Next day, UPS Second Day, and UPS Three Day delivery is available at an extra charge. Please call us at 1-800-595-8560 or Email us for details.  Due to human error when entering products into our database, it is possible that the shipping cost calculated by the NetSkate "Skate Bag" shopping cart system could be calculated incorrectly.  NetSkate, Inc. is not responsible for mistakes made with regard to shipping costs when ordering online.
You will be contacted when shipping charges are different than the shipping charges applied to your order.

Your order can take from 1-7 business days to ship. In extreme cases and during congested times, such as Christmas holiday season, shipping delays can extend the shipping time. Shipping times given on all pages are estimates and not actual times. Shipping times vary depending on the departure warehouse and the destination. No stated shipping times in transit are guaranteed.

Shipping times do not include the time taken to process the order or build and package the product. Although we make every effort to ship in stock items the same or next business day, there are times that items can take 1-5 days to process. This extra time to process is controlled by manufacturers and the shipping warehouses and are not controlled by NetSkate. If you need an item by a specific time, please contact us and we can give you a more accurate estimate of time to destination.

Any orders sent to an ALABAMA address will be charged 8% sales tax.

International Shipping
All International orders will have applicable shipping charges added to your credit card or bill. International customers may call us at 256-722-9075 for shipping arrangements or Email us for shipping information.  Applicable duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local shipping/postal authority in your country for this information. When placing an order online, we will contact you via email to give you the final cost of shipping. If you agree to shipping charges and wish to proceed then your order will be processed. If you do not agree to shipping charges then your order will be cancelled and no charges will be made.

U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We ship to U.S. Military Oversees APO/FPO/DPO addresses via U.S. Postal only. Applicable US shipping fees apply. Shipping and handling rates are based on size and weight. Due to Federal Regulations, oversized items can not be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you are shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO address please follow these guidelines for filling out the order information. When filling out the Customer or Shipping Address enter the "City" as APO, FPO, or DPO as applicable. Enter the "State" as AA, AE, or AP as applicable. Enter "United States" as the country.
